Rower Power

The EcoBike company – a Polish producer of electric bicycles – has donated two bicycles to the BPN-T, which now serve as company vehicles. The cooperation of the Park and EcoBike is the result of joining efforts in the Rower Power (rower means bicycle in Polish) project aimed at promoting healthy lifestyle and care for natural environment.

We wish to demonstrate to our employees and our inhabitants how to live healthily and draw satisfaction from work. Of course, we do have a vested interest. Research reveals that physical and psychological well-being of an employee directly affects financial results of a company’- says Anna Daszuta-Zalewska, BPN-T's director.

A bike-stand has been placed next to the Technology Incubator’s entrance. Electric bicycles reach a speed of 25 km/h and have a range of ca. 70 km on one loading.
