Graduate in the Transfer Chamber
The project is carried out in collaboration with CEDC International company. It is addressed to students and graduates who focus on practical business issues while gaining professional experience.
Participation in the project is a perfect opportunity to gain experience and initiate a professional career.
As part of the project, groups of students face technological challenges prepared by experts from CEDC International. Simultaneously they compete against other groups to find the best solution. Their work is supervised by mentors (researchers) or representatives of CEDC International.
Each student participates in training sessions on creativity, networking, time management, leadership efficiency, as well as design thinking methodology – all indispensable in their future work.
The work takes place either in Transfer Chamber (Transferownia in Polish) – a space located in the Technology Incubator of Białystok Science and Technology Park or at the offices or production plant of CEDC.
Prizes include paid internships at CEDC and scholarships, which may be used for training sessions, courses or post-graduate studies that raise qualifications and allow personal development.
